For operation of healthcare information systems Medotrade Company needs local area network with a dedicated server, uninterruptive power supply for server equipment, personal computers at the users’ workstations and as well IT- specialists of a healthcare institution should be able to work with general-system, application and server software.

 1. The scheme of Patient HIS implementation
Stage 1. Preliminary inspection to define workstations quantity and location. If there is no LAN and/or computer equipment the project is developed for lining a LAN to users’ workstations and/or specifications of necessary computer equipment for HIS operation. If there is any LAN available, the project is developed for LAN expansion and the specification for missing equipment.
Stage 2. LAN assembly and equipment installation for LAN and users’ workstations operation. Equipment testing and setting for proper work.
Stage 3. Installation of HIS at the server and users’ workstations.
HIS setting and testing. If the healthcare institution has its database, it is converted into the HIS being installed. 

Stage 4. Training the personal of the healthcare institution to work with the system.

*1 – Technical documentation for  LAN designing and assembly is realized according to the National Standard and is paid by the Customer.

*2  – LAN Assembly is paid by the Customer.

*3  – The equipment is purchased through the Executor or under his advice.

*4  – Conversion of the existing database is paid by the Customer.
