FGUP “ZashschitaInfoTrans” is a legal successor  of FGP (Federal State Enterprise) “Certification Center Zheldorinformzashita under Traffic Ministry of the Russian Federation” founded in 1996 by joint resolution of:
FSB (Federal Security Service of Russia), State Technical Commission attached to the President of  the Russian Federation (now FSTEC - Federal Service for Technical and Export Control) and Traffic Ministry of the Russian Federation.
