July, 12 in Kamensk-Uralskiy the first patients used electronic queue within Medotrade Company’s innovative project “Samozapis.ru”.

 

The hardware and software which are necessary to realize the assignment of the Government of the Russian Federation are installed in three city out-patient departments.

Kamensk-Uralskiy’s citizens can now schedule a doctor’s appointment via Internet using www.samozapis.ru web-portal. A patient receives an SMS confirming the performed preliminary scheduling. And the only thing left is to come to the out-patient department 15 minutes before the appointment and take a slip.

Medotrade Company, the system developer provided the aged who are not always master the computer with the possibility to schedule an appointment with a doctor via free call at 8-800-200-99-03.

Besides, every patient can conventionally seek assistance at the reception. Approximately in a month there will be terminals in every out-patient department and patients will be able to get an appointment slip without receptionists’ help.

After system fine-tuning in Kamensk-Uralskiy the project will be implemented in other cities of the region.

The next stage of the program realization at Kamensk-Uralskiy territory is the system implementation in the city children’s out-patient departments, women’s health centers and dental care centers. Going forward all healthcare institutions of the region will be united with the single program.
